Privacy
What we collect
When you create a studio on Ritual we collect your name, email address, and billing information. When a client books through your public page we collect their name and email to send them a confirmation. We do not collect anything beyond what is needed to run the service.
How we use it
Your data is used to operate your account, process bookings, and send transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, receipts). We do not sell data, run ads, or share your information with third parties except Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for data storage — both operating under their own privacy frameworks.
Client data
Client records you create inside Ritual — notes, reference images, appointment history — are private to your studio. They are never shared, surfaced to other studios, or used by us for any purpose other than displaying them back to you.
Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. On account deletion all studio data, client records, and associated files are permanently removed within 30 days.
