The service
Ritual is a booking and client management platform for independent creative practitioners. By creating an account you agree to use it for lawful purposes related to your professional practice.
Pricing
Ritual costs €19 per month after a 30-day free trial. A fee of €1 applies per booking taken through the platform. Stripe processing fees apply to deposits and payments. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Payments and deposits
Ritual connects to Stripe Connect to process deposits on your behalf. You are responsible for your own deposit and cancellation policy as configured in your studio settings. Ritual does not hold funds and is not a party to the financial transaction between you and your clients.
Your content
Client notes, reference images, and other content you add to Ritual remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content back to you for the purpose of running the service.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination your data is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
